Chamomile – is a herbaceous, annual, aromatic and medicinal plant of the Asteraceae family. Sacred in German and Egyptian cultures, Matricaria Recutita contains anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, anti-allergic, healing and analgesic properties. The name most used in its identification is “Chamomile of the Germans” because the German People very admire it. It is heavily used for gastrointestinal inflammation, colic, indigestion, morning sickness, fever, and headaches. Externally, it can contribute to the relief and treatment of eczema.
This herbal tea can be a good option for children who suffer from hyperactivity or excessive nervousness. Chamomile flowers are known to help regulate sleep and strengthen the immune system.
Lemon Balm – is a plant native to Western Asia and the Eastern Mediterranean. Currently, it is in Europe that its cultivation is predominant. According to historical records, this plant has been used for medicinal purposes for over two centuries. But not only. It was discovered that Lemon Balm is an excellent ally in the production of honey because it influences the increase in the productivity of bees. It was through this idea that honey producers began to cultivate it close to hives as a natural method to help increase pollination. Heather – Scientifically called “Calluna vulgaris”, Heather is a small shrub of the Ericaceae family. Heather is a plant that grows very easily in Portugal, Africa, and Russia. This plant is slow growing and adept at undernourished soils and sun exposure. As a rule, its flowering period occurs between March and September. In the world, there are about 800 species of Heather. However, this plant species is very conducive to developing insect pests.

Water temperature: 100º
Infusion time: 5 to 7 minutes.
Recommended quantity: 2 teaspoons per person. Approximately 4 g/cup.
Preparation: Place 2 teaspoons in 250 ml of boiled water in a container. Then cover it and let it infuse for 5 to 7 minutes. Finally, strain and you can consume this tea, hot or cold.
Store in a cool (max. 20º) and dry place (max. 60% humidity).
