In comparison, 5-leaf plants are more common, but it is believed that 7-leaf Jiaogulan contains a higher concentration of active compounds, such as gypenosides, which are responsible for its adaptogenic and antioxidant properties.

How to Prepare Jiaogulan Tea
Water Temperature: 80 to 90 °C
Infusion Time: 5 to 10 minutes
