Jambolão is a medicinal plant from the Indo-Malaysian Region, specifically from India. Usually, the consumption of Jambolão herbal tea is practised as an auxiliary method to reduce and regulate blood glucose, even treating allergies. Preparation: Place a tablespoon of Jambolão leaves in half a litre (500 ml) of boiled water in a container. Then cover it and let it rest for about 10 minutes. Finally, strain and let it cool down a bit. You should consume Jambolão herbal tea warm or cold, without any added sugar or sweetener.
