What is Gorse Herbal Tea used for

In Portugal, it is usual to find Gorse in the North and Centre of the country, under pine trees.

Infusion time: 5 to 10 minutes.

Recommended quantity: 1 dessert spoon of Gorse Flowers per cup of tea (240ml). You can consume 3 to 4 cups of tea daily, outside the main meals. If you want to prepare 1L (1000 ml) of Gorse Herbal Tea, it is recommended to use four tablespoons of Gorse Flower. You can drink Gorse Herbal Tea in the evening.

How to prepare Gorse Herbal Tea: place one dessert spoon of Gorse Flowers and pour 250 ml of previously boiled water. Cover it and let it infuse for 5 to 10 minutes. Finally, strain it and wait a few minutes for the tea to cool down a little. If you want iced tea, you just have to wait until it cools down completely before putting it in the fridge for 1 hour. To achieve the desired result, it is recommended to practise a healthy lifestyle.
