Benefits and Properties of Dried Date

Dried Date is a nutritious food recommended for the treatment of constipation. This indication is substantiated by the high fibre content present in dates which contributes to proper bowel function. In addition, Dried Dates help balance blood sugar levels (diabetes), prevent insomnia and increase muscle mass. In the case of insomnia, just consume 1 to 2 dates before going to sleep. Because they contain a significant quantity of iron, they can also help fight anaemia.

Other indications: muscle injuries, flu, colds, respiratory infections, urinary infections, lack of appetite and low immunity.
