Fumitory is a plant with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties with diuretic and laxative action, highly beneficial to combat constipation and poor digestion. When used in infusion, it also helps to treat psoriasis.

Ingredients: 100% Fumitory, leaves and stems (Fumaria officinalis).

What is Fumitory Herbal Tea good for

Fumitory Herbal Tea is an authentic natural formula with anti-inflammatory action indicated for indigestion, constipation, migraines, and liver or gallbladder problems. In addition to acting as a liver protector, Fumitory Herbal Tea is an excellent ally in the treatment of skin diseases such as human scabies, eczema, and hives. Acts in the regulation of bile secretion and skin regeneration.

Other indications: anaemia, kidney stones, intestinal colic, fatty liver, arteriosclerosis, and stomach pains.

Curiosities:

Fumitory is a plant of small stature from the Papaveraceae family, well known for its beautiful flowers. It can grow up to 50 cm tall and usually blooms between February and July.

Water temperature: 100º

Infusion time: 3 to 5 minutes.

Recommended quantity: Approx. 1 teaspoon of Fumitory per teacup (240ml).

Dosage: 2 to 3 cups a day, before meals.

How to prepare: put 1 teaspoon of Fumitory in a teacup with boiled water. Then cover it and let it infuse for 3 to 5 minutes. Finally, strain and let cool slightly before drinking.

Store in a dry, cool, and dark place.

Warnings: This plant should be avoided by pregnant women or babies, even by anyone with hypersensitivity to the active principles of the plant.
