Yogi Tea Maca Chai Organic

Ingredients: Liquorice, cinnamon (27%), ginger, cardamom (7%), anise, maca (5%), fennel, cloves (3,5%), roasted chicory, cocoa shells, black pepper, guarana.

Contains liquorice – people suffering from hypertension should avoid excessive consumption.

Maca - Maca is a tuberous root that originally comes from the Peruvian Andes, where it was cultivated by the Incas over 2,000 years ago. Maca has a nutty, slightly roasted taste and is rich in minerals, vitamins and microelements.

Brewing Suggestions:

Pour 250 ml of freshly boiled water (100º) over the teabag. Allow to infuse for 7 minutes or longer for a stronger flavour. Add milk or milk substitute and sweetener to taste.

Yoga for Youth and Joy:

Sit cross-legged. Make fists of your hands and place them in front of you as if you were grasping a steering wheel. Beginn twisting the body powerfully from side to side. Twist to your maximum. Keep the elbows up and let the neck move with the upper body. Continue for 3 minutes. Then stretch the arms out in front of you. The right hand over the left and the palms are facing down. Twist now from left to right. Move your head and neck in the same direction. Continue coordinating the movement for 3 minutes.
