Yellow Uxi + Cat's Claw Tea
This is a balanced blend of two Amazonian plants traditionally valued for their complementary use: Uxi Amarelo, known for its natural support of female well-being, and Cat’s Claw, widely used to strengthen the body’s defences and promote a healthy response from the immune system.
Together, this infusion is commonly sought as a natural aid in situations related to hormonal balance, uterine comfort, urinary well-being, and immune support, making it a highly appreciated combination in traditional herbal practice.
Ingredients: 50% Uxi Amarelo (Endopleura uchi) + 50% Cat’s Claw (Uncaria tomentosa)
Origin of Uxi Amarelo: Brazil
Origin of Cat’s Claw: Peru
Uxi Amarelo
Uxi Amarelo (Endopleura uchi) is a medicinal plant from the Amazon, also known as axuá, pururu or uxi-liso. Its content of bergenin explains its traditional use as a natural ally in supporting uterine comfort, menstrual irregularities, and urinary well-being. It is often associated with anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, diuretic and immunomodulatory properties.
Cat’s Claw
Cat’s Claw (Uncaria tomentosa), a climbing plant native to Peru, is recognised for its role in supporting the body’s natural defences. Traditionally, it is used as complementary support in cases of inflammation, urinary infections, and respiratory discomfort. Its name comes from the curved spines on its stems, which resemble a cat’s claws.
