The name "Jasmine" originates from the Persian feminine term "Yasmin" which means "gift from God". 

Ingredients: Green Tea naturally flavored with Jasmine essences and flowers.

Origin: Fujian Province, China.

Green Tea with Jasmine comes from a mixture of semi-fermented green tea with brief essences and Jasmine flowers. In Egyptian culture, Jasmine reflects the mystical figure of the Goddess "Isis" popularly known as the "Queen of the Moon". Its consumption is usual in convivial environments and for the advantage of helping to combat thirst. According to some historical data, the consumption of this fragrant tea began around 1000 years ago in Egypt. And it was through the Song Dynasty that it was taken to China.

In Chinese culture, it is customary to offer Green Tea with Jasmine as an aperitif at the reception of guests at their homes.
