  • 50 ml of hot water (90-100ºC)
  • 1 teaspoon of honey (optional)
  • Cinnamon or cocoa powder for topping (optional)

Preparation:

  1. Heat the water and add the Hojicha, stirring well until dissolved.
  2. Heat the milk until warm.
  3. Pour the dissolved tea into the warm milk and mix well.
