Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp Oregano, Plant (2g)
- 1 tsp Chamomile, Flowers (1g)
- 1 tsp Fennel, Seeds (1g)
Preparation:
- Boil 300 ml of water.
- Add the Oregano, Chamomile, and Fennel.
- Cover and steep for 10 minutes.
- Strain and serve.
Flavour Balance: The slightly spicy taste of Oregano is softened by the natural sweetness of Fennel and the gentle floral notes of Chamomile.
