Christmas Dream Fruit Tea

Ingredients: apple pieces, red fruit mix (currant, hibiscus, elderberry), orange peel, red rose petals with natural cinnamon and cardamom aromas.
Orange Peels - according to historical accounts, the first orange trees appeared in India over 7000 years ago. It must have been in the 10th century that the first orange trees were produced for medicinal purposes in China. You can use orange peels in the garden as a repellent against slugs.
Orange peels are an excellent natural antioxidant, rich in essential vitamins for strengthening the body's immunity. The consumption of orange peels can contribute to the weight loss process through its beneficial action in controlling appetite, even as eliminating toxins. In addition, they can help fight abdominal swelling thanks to the strong presence of potassium in their composition. Infusion time: 5 to 7 minutes.
Recommended quantity: 1 teaspoon per person. Approximately 4grs per cup.
Method of preparation: place a teaspoon of previously boiled water in a container. Cover it and let it rest for 5 to 7 minutes. Finally, strain and the tea is ready to drink, hot or cold.
Store in a dry (max. 20º) and cool (max. 60% humidity) place.

Put two tablespoons of tea in 1.5L of boiled water, let it cool and then put it in the fridge. If you want to add sugar to your tea, you should do so while it is hot. For a healthier option, add 1 tablespoon of stevia (do not steep it for longer than 3 minutes as your drink will be too sweet). This way, you get an ICE TEA without any added sugars or artificial preservatives.
