- 30gr Espinheira Santa (Maytenus ilicifolia);
- 30gr Orange Peel (Citrus aurantium);
- 1 Tea Tin with a capacity for 210gr of tea
- 1 Teapot with an infuser with a capacity of 1L or more;
- 1 Litre (1000ml) water.
Preparation of the 7 Herbs Tea blend: Take a clean container and add 30g of each ingredient. Next, mix them inside the container with your hands or some tool. Finally, reserve this 7 Herbs Tea blend in a tea tin.
Preparation of the Seven Herbs Tea: put 2 tablespoons of 7 Herbs Tea in a teapot and pour 1 litre of boiled water over it. Cover the teapot and let it infuse for 5 to 10 minutes. Finally, remove the herbs from the infuser and let it cool down a little before drinking it. It is recommended to take it during or after main meals.

- 1 Teapot with an infuser with a capacity of 1L or more;
- 1 Litre (1000ml) water.

- 30gr Fruits of Garcinia (Garcinia mangostana);
- 1 Tea Tin with a capacity of more than 210gr of tea;
- 1 Teapot with an infuser, a capacity of 1L or more;
- 1 Litre (1000ml) of water.
Preparing the blend: Take a clean container and add 30gr of each ingredient. Then mix them in the container with your hands or a utensil. Finally, reserve these 7 herbs tea in a tea can.
