What is Sencha Green Tea?

Sencha Green Tea is known as the “King of Green Teas” and is one of the most widely grown varieties in Japan and is widely admired in the West. The cultivation for Sencha is around 78 to 80%. In contrast to the other varieties called “shadow teas”, Sencha grows without any kind of barrier against the sun. Production of Decaffeinated Sencha

Sencha Decaffeinated is obtained through a natural process of high pressure and high temperature. Polar carbon dioxide molecules are responsible for removing the theine molecules from the tea leaves. This extraction does not harm the properties of Sencha.

Water temperature: 70º to 80º

Infusion time: 2 to 3 minutes.

How to prepare Sencha Green Tea: Put 1 teaspoon of Sencha in a cup with boiled water. Cover it and let it infuse for 2 to 3 minutes. Finally, strain and let it cool down a little before drinking.
