Its preparation is conceived by masters who have the gift of binding the dry leaves of white tea. This care gives White Tea a high amount of polyphenols. As a rule, the White Tea harvest takes place in spring, being, firstly, the most powerful in terms of flavour and quality. Specifically, Abloom tea contains antioxidant properties that contribute to the protection of vital functions. In general, White Tea may contribute to the improvement of digestion and intestinal flora. It can also promote the reduction of accumulated fats, and cholesterol and act as a purifier body.

Infusion time: 10 to 15 minutes.

Recommended quantity: 1 Blooming Tea for every 500 ml of water.

Preparation: Place one Blooming Tea in the centre of a glass teapot and slowly pour about 500 ml of boiled water over the Blooming Tea. The secret to opening the Blooming Tea lies in boiling the water. Watch its fluctuation and let yourself be surprised by the fascinating opening of the Blooming Tea filled with colour. If you like sweet teas, you can add honey or stevia leaves. The opening process takes between 2 and 3 minutes. You can prepare up to 2 more teapots of 500 ml by reusing the same Blooming Tea used. If you wish, it is recommended that you decant the tea as soon as possible so as not to lose its characteristics.

Store in a cool (max. 20º) and dry (max. 60% humidity) place.

Note: You must prepare the Blooming Tea infusion in a teapot with a capacity equal to or greater than 500 ml, round and tall. You may need to carry out up to 3 refills to obtain the desired temperature in the teapot.
