Elegant green teas are complemented with matcha and combined with lemon grass and lime to create a wonderful flavour experience. The precious matcha powder is created in a sophisticated process using selected tencha leaves that are shaded before the harvest to allow them to develop their mild flavour.

Lime – Limes are the intensive-sourish relatives of lemons. They were brought to Southern Europe in the Middle Ages by the Crusaders. Their fruit pulp is so sour that the green citrus fruits are usually not eaten in their natural state, but serve as a refreshing ingredient in beverages and foods. 

Ingredients: green tea, (tencha, sencha, matcha), lime, liquorice, lemongrass, peppermint, black pepper, lemon verbena, dried lemon juice, guarana, lemon oil, lemon peel, ginger.

Brewing Suggestions:

Pour 250 ml of freshly boiled water (100º) over the tea bag. Allow to infuse for 5 minutes.

A yoga exercise to help you find your balance:

Stretch your legs out in front of you, supporting yourself with your arms behind you on the floor so that you are steady. Raise your left leg and your right arm at the same time. Then repeat with the opposite pair. Continue for three minutes.
