What is Rooibos tea?
Rooibos is a shrub originating exclusively from South Africa. By its color, it is also called red tea (although it should not be confused with red tea pu-erh comes from the plant camellia sinensis). The rooibos tea does not have any type of theine, which may be taken by any person. In South Africa, this tea is often consumed with sugar or honey and a slice of lemon.
