One of the main ingredients:

Ginger – Whether in the Christmas biscuits, as a curry mixture or in lemonade: The bulbous ginger is among the best-known spice plants in the world. For thousands of years, it has been cultivated in the tropical heat of eastern Asia. It gives many of our YOGI TEA®s a fruity-hot and aromatically spicy taste.

Ingredients: ginger, liquorice, lemongrass, orange peel, black pepper, vanilla extract, orange oil, peppermint, anise.

Contains liquorice – people suffering from hypertension should avoid excessive consumption.

Brewing Suggestions:

Pour 250 ml of freshly boiled water (100º) over the teabag. Allow to infuse for 5 to 7 minutes, or longer for a stronger flavour.

Breathing for Energy:

Sit cross-legged or in a chair with a straight spine. Close your left nostril with your left thumb and breathe through your right nostril only. Duration: 3 minutes.
