What is Pai Mu Tan White Tea?

What is Pai Mu Tan good for

Water temperature: 70º to 80º.
Infusion time: 2 to 3 minutes.

How to prepare White Tea Pai Mu Tan: put 1 teaspoon of Pai Mu Tan in a teacup with boiled water. Cover and let it infuse for 2 to 3 minutes. Finally, strain and let it cool down a little before drinking.
