Ingredients: 100% Root Curcuma (Curcuma longa).
Also known as turmeric root, turmeric root, turmeric, sun root, turmeric, turmeric or yellow ginger.
Traditional uses: Turmeric tea helps in the digestive process, strengthens the immune system, is considered a natural anti-inflammatory, powerful anti-oxidant effect. In cooking it is usually used to add color to recipes. It has a mild peppery flavor which enhances the flavors in the dishes. You can put pinches of turmeric in various dishes, such as rice, broths, soups, baked apples or breads.
Method of Preparation: Place + - 5 pieces of turmeric root in + - 1L of freshly boiled water and leave to infuse for 10 to 15 minutes. Strain before drinking.
Dosage: Drink 3 cups a day, 1 in the morning on an empty stomach, 1 during lunch and another during dinner.
Suggestions: You can add a little lemon balm or chamomile to give your tea a different taste and aroma.
Recommended dose: 3 cups per day.
