Ingredients: Lemon verbena, linden, fresh mint, mulberry leaves, hibiscus flowers, rose hips peels, cinnamon, safflower petals and natural flavours of almond and cinnamon.
Water temperature: 100°
Infusion time: 5-7 minutes
Recommended dosage: 2 "teaspoons" per person. Approx. 4grs / coffee.
How to prepare for the cold tea: put a couple of spoonfuls of soup, with tea, 1.5 liter water, boil the water, and then place it in the refrigerator. If you want to add sugar to your tea, you should do it while it is hot. For a healthier option, add 1 teaspoon of Stevia (don't let the stevia to steep for more than 3 minutes or you will be left with your drinks too sweet) Gets a beautiful Ice Tea without any added sugar or artificial preservatives.
