Scientifically called “Eleutherococcus senticosus”, Siberian Ginseng is a popular plant for medicinal use. It is so beneficial that even Russian cosmonauts feed on rations based on Siberian Ginseng as an auxiliary method for air conditioning in outer space. Water temperature: 100º
Infusion time: 5 minutes
Recommended quantity: 2 to 4 cups during the day.
Preparation: Place a tablespoon of Siberian Ginseng root in a container with one litre (1L) of cold water. Then bring it to a boil until it boils. After boiling, remove and cover the container. Leave to infuse for 5 minutes.
Store in a cool (max. 20º) and dry place (max. 60% humidity).
