Ingredients: 100% Passiflora (Passiflora eulis).
Therapeutic indications: Relaxing, anti-depressive, sleep inducing, soothing.
How to prepare: put 2 tablespoons in 1L of boiled water and let it stand for about 5 to 10 minutes as you like. Drink 3 cups in the afternoon for a quiet night's sleep.
