This flour is obtained by the grinding of quinoa from organic crops.
Quinoa has been cultivated for thousands of years by the Incas, being considered a superfood due to the quantity and high quality of its proteins.
Suggested use: Can be used alone or mixed with other flours. Serves as a base for the preparation of breads, cakes, biscuits, among other recipes. It can also be used in the preparation of potatoes.
