Ingredients: 100% Cocoa powder (Theobroma Cacao).
The cocoa powder is obtained from cocoa beans, processed to separate the powder from the butter. Can be used in recipes for cakes, cookies, mousses, puddings, ice cream, or mixed in drinks and when blended with cocoa butter so the chocolate is 100% cocoa.
Gluten-free, it is also ideal for coeliacs.
