Ingredients: 100% amaranth grain (Amaranthus caudatus).
Also known as the cereal of the Incas, amaranth stands out as a food rich in proteins and therefore is a great option also for vegetarians, seniors and active people in general.
Suggested Uses: Can be consumed with fruits and yogurts, mixed in the muesli, as an ingredient in the preparation of breads, cakes, sweets.
Use 1-2 tablespoons in the soup preparation.
They can be cooked with water on a low heat for 30 minutes (200g of flakes to 450ml of water).
