Oraganic Lavender and Valerian Tea - 20 Sachets

Ingredients: Lemongrass, Oatmeal, Lavender and Valerian Root of Organic Farming

Properties: Soothing, Anti Stress, Insomnia and Nervousness.

Method of preparation: 1 sachet per cup of freshly boiled water (200ml). The infusion time depends on the individual taste, and should not be less than 2 minutes.
