Moringa Tea leaves

Also known as white acacia, horse radish tree, cedar or okra, moringa oleifera is a highly versatile and healthy tree. Its leaves make a healthy, purifying tea full of vitamins and minerals.

Ingredients: 100% Moringa, leaves (Moringa Oleifera).

Moringa's main benefits:

The high Vitamin C content makes this tea an excellent ally for the immune system. Known for its cardiovascular health benefits, it works as a natural anti-inflammatory, especially with arthritis and arthrosis. Its positive effect on the body's metabolism also makes it an aid to weight loss and the proper functioning of the kidneys and liver, as well as aiding the digestive process. Taken daily, it helps maintain good vision and general brain function, as well as increasing collagen production – which is essential for beautiful skin.

Curiosities about Moringa:

Moringa originated in Asia and Africa, where it has been consumed for centuries by native tribes. Ayurvedic medicine recognises Moringa as an important medicinal herb with high nutritional value and an excellent composition of proteins, vitamins and minerals.

Recent studies have concluded that Moringa has 7 x more vitamin C than oranges, 4 x more vitamin A than carrots, 4 x more calcium than cow's milk, 3 x more iron than spinach and 3 x more potassium than bananas.

Water temperature: 100º

Infusion time: 4 to 5 minutes.

Recommended amount: Approx. 1 teaspoon of Moringa leaves per cup (240ml). To prepare 1 litre (1000 ml) of tea, use one tablespoon.

Dosage: Drink 3 to 5 cups a day.

How to prepare: Place 1 teaspoon of Moringa in a pan and add previously boiled water. Then cover and leave to infuse for 3 to 5 minutes. Finally, strain and leave to cool slightly before drinking. For best results, practise a healthy lifestyle.
