Juniper berries

Did you know that Juniper berries take 3 years to ripen? The shrub Juniperus communis, better known as Juniper, reproduces easily in parts of Europe and Norway.  These small berries are commonly used in the preparation of infusions, cooking recipes, and to flavour drinks. When used in infusion, it has a calming, draining, and digestive action.

Ingredients: 100% Juniper berries (Juniperus communis).
