Native to Asia and Europe, Herbe Robert is an annual or biennial plant belonging to the Geraniaceae family. The name attributed to this herb may be related to the innovation to Herbe Robert at the time it was discovered in the 7th century. Although, there are other theories that justify this.

It can be used as a natural cicatrisant for wounds, even a soothing solution for the eyes and skin. Since the Middle Ages, this plant has often been used in magic rituals. While the Native Americans used it to stop bleeding. St Robert's Wort is known as a blood purifier. Herb Robert Tea is recommended to treat canker sores, diarrhoea, stomach ulcers, gum inflammation, heartburn, hypertension, poor blood circulation, indigestion, heavy menstrual flows and gout.

Water temperature: 100º

Infusion time: 4 to 5 minutes.

Preparation: place a teabag for every cup of boiled water. Let it rest, and you can consume it immediately, hot or cold.

Recommended quantity: 1 cup after each main meal and before bed.

Store in a dry (max. 20º) and cool (max. 60% humidity) place.
