Native to Southeast Asia, Gotu Kola is known to many people for its smooth and circular leaves. Currently, Gotu Kola is a plant that is easily found in different countries such as Mexico, India, Colombia, and Australia. As for its medicinal properties, Centella Asiatica is an excellent natural tranquillizer, hence its use to relieve anxiety and nervousness.
