Water temperature: 100º

Infusion time: 3 to 5 minutes.

Recommended quantity: 1 sachet per cup after meals and before bedtime.

Preparation: place a sachet in a scalded cup. Then pour boiled water over the sachet. Let it rest for 3 to 5 minutes, and you can consume it immediately, hot or cold.
