Ingredients: 100% Garcinia fruits (Garcinia Cambogia).

How to prepare:
> Place 3 to 5 fruits in a liter of cold water and bring to a boil;
> Leave to stand for 3 to 5 minutes;

Garcinia is rich in Hydroxycitric acid (HCA), a key substance for weight loss. This action occurs as follows:

> AHC increases glycogen levels, which are responsible for informing the brain that the body is already satiated. It also produces a feeling of well-being (serotonin).
