Ingredients: 100% Fenusgreek seeds (Trigonella foenum-graecum L.).

Traditional Uses: Fenugreek has several benefits and is considered anti-cancer, lowering glucose levels for diabetics and has antioxidant functions. It also has elements such as protein, Vitamin C, niacin, potassium, diosgenin (a compound that has estrogen-like properties), alkaloids, lysine and L-tryptophan, as well as steroidal saponins (diosgenin, yamogenin, tigogenin and neotigogegin).

It is considered a digestive plant and can be consumed for weight loss, as it is also a natural laxative and appetite suppressant. In addition, fenugreek also lessens menstrual period discomfort and minimizes menopausal symptoms.
