Ingredients: 100% Fenusgreek seeds (Trigonella foenum-graecum L.).
Traditional Uses: Fenugreek has several benefits and is considered anti-cancer, lowering glucose levels for diabetics and has antioxidant functions. It also has elements such as protein, Vitamin C, niacin, potassium, diosgenin (a compound that has estrogen-like properties), alkaloids, lysine and L-tryptophan, as well as steroidal saponins (diosgenin, yamogenin, tigogenin and neotigogegin).
It is considered a digestive plant and can be consumed for weight loss, as it is also a natural laxative and appetite suppressant. In addition, fenugreek also lessens menstrual period discomfort and minimizes menopausal symptoms. It can also be used to treat anemia, anorexia, cellulite, child development problems, gastritis, inflammation, constipation, boils, dandruff, hair loss, etc.
One of the main uses and benefits of fenugreek, however, is in stimulating milk production in breastfeeding women, which has been used for this purpose for centuries. Mothers usually feel the increase in milk production 24-72 hours after the first dose of fenugreek. A dosage of 3500mg per day has been ideal for producing such effects.
Due to the estrogenic properties of fenugreek, it can also be used to increase libido and decrease the effects of hot flashes and mood swings, very common in menopause and PMS.
Preparation mode: put the beans in boiling water and let it rest for 5 minutes. You can add 1 mint leaf if you don't like the flavor of fenugreek.
Recommended dosage: 3 cups during the day.
For best results, it is advised to adopt a healthy lifestyle.
