Dehydrated Ginger Cubes | Zingiber officinale | Heartburn and Stomach

Ingredients: Ginger dehydrated and glazed in cubes, sugar.

Origin: Thailand.

Therapeutic indications: Ginger is digestive par excellence, anti-inflammatory, fighting colds and flu as well as eliminates bad breath.

Preparation mode for tea: Place 1 tablespoon of ginger in a quart of water and boil for 5 to 10 minutes.

Suggestions: Ideal to mix with any simple tea such as green tea or just with lemon peels and herb prince.

Note: these ginger cubes are also edible without the need for any preparation.
