Nicholas Culpeper (English botanist) linked Black Mallow to the goddess Venus because the plant promotes the magic of love and water. It also aids in spiritual healing and peace-making. When used in a linen bag inside a pillow, it helps to sleep well and to drive away the bad energies that cause nightmares.

Black Mallow is also an excellent choice for adding colour to the pot-pourri.

Water temperature: 100º

Infusion time: 5 minutes

Recommended quantity: Approx. 1 teaspoon of Black Mallow flowers per cup (240ml).

Dosage: 3 to 4 cups of tea a day. It is recommended that you take the last cup before bedtime.

How to make Black Mallow Tea: put in pot 1 teaspoon of Black Mallow flowers in 240 ml of boiled water. Cover it and let it infuse for 5 minutes. Finally, strain and let it cool a little before drinking. For best results, practice a healthy lifestyle.

Store in a cool, dry place away from light.
