What is Aniseed Tea good for

Aniseed Tea is used as a natural digestive aid for the relief of gastritis, indigestion, and flatulence. Anise seeds can be consumed as a tea or in cakes as a preventative method before or during meals. By promoting the balance of stomach acidity, aniseed tea improves the functioning of intestinal transit, thus combating constipation and diarrhoea. In case of imbalance of the intestinal flora, either due to excess gas or accumulated faeces, aniseed tea can also be an excellent option.

This medicinal tea is also recommended for increasing breast milk production and as a natural repellent against insects, especially of dengue.
